Product Features:
  • Made from our specially-tested Polyspar material.
  • Installs in front of the carrying idlers at the nip point level.
  • Designed to perfectly fit the curve of rollers 89 mm or 133 mm in diameter.
  • Can be used with almost any idler frame or bracket, thanks to its mounting brackets.
  • Has a very long service life when properly adjusted.
  • Available for belts from 500mm to 1400mm. Contact us for other belt widths.
Held in place with u-bolts that are secured with self-locking nuts to adjustablemounting brackets,which enables precise adjustment to perfectly fit any idler frame or bracket on the market.
The SPAR 1 EX and 1 RI EX are made-toorder by us, based on the dimensions of your idler frames or brackets (width and troughing angle).
No special maintenance is needed for the SPAR 1 EX and 1 RI EX, other than an occasional visual verification to ensure that it they are properly adjusted.
