The SPARET is a troughing mattress designed to fit all types of belt conveyors.
The SPARET eliminates the risks of accidents caused by pinch points at the loading point.
The SPARET makes it easier to load on the center of the belt and offers an excellent tightness level

• The SPARET has two degrees of freedom:
  - the flexibility of the belt, thanks to its position relative to the damping blocks;
  - the chains’ vertical movement when material falls on the blocks.
• The SPARET is ideal for 500 mm to 1000 mm wide belts.
• The SPARET is made of smooth individual Polyspar blocks linked by steel chains.
• The lateral rails make it possible to raise the belt edges from 0° to 45° without using troughing idlers.
• The SPARET is ideal for material sizes less than 100 mm.

The SPARET eliminates nip points at loading zones. Thanks to the SPARET chain system, adjustments can be made easily, quickly and precisely.
