  • The SPARGAET has two degrees of freedom:
    - the flexibility of the belt, thanks to its position relative to the damping blocks;
    - the chains’ vertical movement when material falls on the blocks;
  • The SPARGAET is ideal for belts from 500 to 1000 mm wide.
  • The SPARGAET is made of smooth individual Polyspar blocks linked by steel chains.
  • The lateral rails make it possible to raise the belt edges and create a 75° trough.
  • The SPARGAET is ideal for material sizes under 100 mm.

The SPARGAET eliminates nip points at loading zones.
Thanks to the SPARGAET chain system, adjustments can be made easily, quickly and precisely.
The SPARGAET eliminates the need for metal skirtboards.

The transition zone and troughability must be 1.5 to 2 times the width of the belt, based on belt type and speed.
